During the seminar Doctoral students will:

• discover the tool for research ideas analysis allowing to improve own research ideas;

• improve dissertation writing skills by formulating research title, aim, objectives, research question;

• analyze the literature review writing process (searching for literature, quality of journals, how to read papers, structure of papers);

• discuss research methodology questions (research methods and measurement);

• learn the research publication process;

• develop the skills of effective communication, creativeness and spontaneous public speaking;

• learn the techniques of inner, emotional and interpersonal intellect development.
